A little introduction…
Hey. I’m Katy.
A wedding and family photographer based in Boise, Idaho. An engineer with a passion for art, I’m on a mission to capture memories in daily life through adventure and fun.
Idaho outdoors is the cornerstone of my childhood and every opportunity I love to opt outside. I’m a cat momma, well known to seek out cats in every country I visit (my family loves to document all the cuddles). I love to get down to anything with a beat and as far as I’m concerned, dancing is for anywhere and anytime. Music and movement feeds my soul.
I love capturing your story in two parts. The first, images that need no explanation, seamlessly telling the story and emotion of the day. The moments you are living fully and authentically. The second, images that hold a little magic, make you stop and stare and wonder how they were created. Creating something unique all with my camera, no Photoshop.
