Diana + Austin // Candlelit Intimate Wedding
In the heart of Nampa, Diana and Austin got married at The Brick Office, a cozy venue filled with warm brick walls, candlelight, and the people they love most. It was a beautiful day, and I'm so glad I got to be there to capture it.
Diana grew up in Idaho. Austin is from Kodiak, Alaska. They met through mutual friends and started with video chats and texts before things got serious. They bonded over movie nights, video games, dancing, and dreams of fishing trips in Alaska. Their connection was real and easy.
The proposal had a little twist. Austin didn't have the ring in time, so things happened a bit out of order. But his intentions were clear, and it all worked out just right in the end.
Diana loves Austin's kindness, humor, and smarts. Austin loves Diana's compassion and how she makes him feel complete. Together, they just make sense.
Their wedding had pink and red tones throughout. After the ceremony, they took a quiet moment alone to breathe and reconnect. Later that night, they hit the dance floor and showed off their line dancing skills. The room was full of laughter and good energy all night long.
As the night ended, bubbles filled the air, and Diana and Austin headed off to start their life together in Alaska.

Highlights from Diana and Austin's Wedding Day
Every wedding has moments that stand out. Here are a few from Diana and Austin's day.
The Ceremony
The altar setup was simple and sweet. Pink and red tones carried through the decor. The emotion in the room was real, and it showed up in every photo. My favorite touch was photos of them as youngsters, in college, and their journey together on display throughout the space.
Their Quiet Moment Together
Right after the ceremony, Diana and Austin stepped away from everyone. Just the two of them. That kind of intentional pause makes for some of the best photos of the day. Genuine, calm, and full of feeling.
The Dance Floor
These two practiced their line dancing, and it paid off. The dance floor energy was contagious. Guests were laughing, moving, and celebrating all night.
The Send-Off
Bubbles floated through the air as Diana and Austin made their exit. It was a joyful, fitting end to a beautiful day.

FAQ: The Brick Office Wedding Photos in Nampa, Idaho
Is The Brick Office a good venue for a winter wedding in Idaho?
Yes. It’s actually one of my favorite winter wedding venues in Idaho.
When it’s cold outside, The Brick Office feels warm the second you walk in. The exposed brick, candlelight, and intimate layout create that cozy, romantic atmosphere without you having to force it. Your guests stay comfortable, your timeline stays simple, and you’re not stressing about snow or freezing temperatures.
If you’re dreaming of a candlelit winter wedding that feels joyful and connected, this space makes it easy.
How do you photograph a low-light indoor wedding at The Brick Office?
Low light is part of what makes The Brick Office feel warm and vintage. The twinkle lights across the ceiling and the glow of the room create a beautiful atmosphere.
To photograph that well, you need the right approach.
I use professional, high-grade camera equipment that performs well in low light so I can preserve the mood of the space. When needed, I use flash intentionally and softly. Not to blast the room. Not to kill the vibe. Just enough to keep skin tones natural and moments sharp.
If you prefer no flash at all, it’s important to hire a photographer who is experienced with low-light indoor weddings and has the gear to support that choice. Otherwise, you’ll need to be comfortable with some flash during parts of the reception.
The goal is simple. Keep the warmth. Keep the energy. And make sure your photos still look incredible.
What are the best photo locations inside The Brick Office in Nampa?
One of the things I love about The Brick Office is that it gives you variety without ever leaving the building.
The Speakeasy Bar Room
This smaller room has so much character. It’s perfect for romantic portraits, candid cocktail hour moments, and anything that leans a little moodier. The scale makes it feel intimate in the best way.
The Main Room
This is the larger space that usually holds your ceremony or reception, depending on guest count. The brick walls and ceiling twinkle lights shine here. It’s where the big emotions, first dances, and joyful crowd moments really come alive.
The Entryway
Often used for food setup, but it’s also great for quick in-between portraits and natural guest interactions as everyone flows through the space.
And don’t forget the small bridal room. It’s simple, but it’s a calm place for getting-ready moments and those quiet breaths before everything begins.
You don’t need endless backdrops here. The layout is compact, textured, and full of warmth. We just move intentionally and use each space for what it does best.
Should we plan private time together after our ceremony?
Yes. I will always say yes to this.
Right after your ceremony, everything moves fast. Hugs, congratulations, photos, timelines. It’s beautiful, but it can feel like a blur.
Stepping away for five to ten minutes gives you space to breathe. To look at each other and say, “We just did that.” No audience. No pressure. Just the two of you.
Those are often the most genuine photos of the day. Calm. Joyful. A little teary. Completely real.
It doesn’t have to be long. It just has to be intentional.
Is The Brick Office a good venue for intimate weddings?
Absolutely.
The Brick Office was built for connection, not huge crowds. Its warm brick walls, cozy layout, and ceiling twinkle lights make guests feel close, welcomed, and part of your story.
If your dream is a wedding where people actually talk to each other, laugh together, and feel every moment, this venue delivers. It does not swallow you up. It draws people in.
Large venues can feel empty. The Brick Office feels intentional.
If you want a wedding that feels personal, joyful, and full of real moments, this space is a beautiful fit.
